This page describes the current setup of the inspectIT components and lists the default ports (that you can easily change if you need)

  • The JavaAgent uses a highly optimized serialization format based on kyro (https://github.com/EsotericSoftware/kryo). This data is sent via socket communication to the CMR endpoint.
  • The user interface uses plain http communication.
