The agent cannot communicate with the CMR and provides only a cryptic error message.

Even though a valid license is not available in the CMR, the Agent will not abort the starting of the system under diagnosis! It is possible that you will see this error message repeatedly!
Description
The error indicates that the CMR is running but has no valid license for this agent. This can be because of two reasons:
- The CMR does not have a license imported at all
- All available licenses are used by agents
Solution
Import a valid license as described in the Installation Guide . If you exceeded your number of agents you can either restart your CMR (this will reset the agent count and allow your agents to register again - but only as many as your license allows) or you can ask for a license that covers more agents.
CMR logging shows that no license is available
