User level = Advanced Beginner

Mario is somewhere between beginner and intermediate inspectIT user. Focus should be on how he understands the concept and on his effectiveness to execute give tasks from the scenario.

  • not seen exclude rule page, had to point it to him
  • idea to increase the size of the tabs to be more noticable

Mapping with agent name wild-card
  • found mapping table by intuition after some time
  • says it's the first thing in the menu, thus easier to find
  • confused about the star for agent name and IP in the mapping table
  • not used tool-tip in the table headers for more information

Confusion with the defaults profiles

  • Default profile should be the one that is added to each environment when one is created
