Schema Generation in Gradle does not overwrite files

Description

When calling

gradlew schemagenCi

or

gradlew schemagenConfiguration

then the existing schema files are not overwritten but a new file called "schema1.xsd" is created.

I can confirm that this is not happening on Linux.

Can you have a look on this in the build and fix if it's something easy?
