Find yourself a mentor

  1. Find an existing integration manager that vouches for you
  2. This integration manager takes the request into a small meeting between all integration managers
  3. All integration managers need to agree to add somebody
  4. If the request is rejected concrete feedback is given.

On the other hand, the project/an integration manager can come to you and ask you whether you would like to become an integration manager. In this case - and if you say yes - the process starts at step 2 of the above description.
