inspectIT development is backed primarly by two systems:
- Confluence for documentation
- Jira for requirements, tasks and bugs definition and planning
Ticket status in Jira
The following illustration shows the possible ticket status within Jira for all development related processes (note that the "internal feature" ticket type does not use the integration manager workflow but Jira's basic workflow).
