EUM PageLoad spans disappear when they don't have a backend span

Description

When a PageLoadRequest EUM span arrives, the CMR tries to correlate it with a corresponding backend span. If however no such backend span exists (e.g., through caching), the span accidently detects itself as parent, adjusting itself to being not a root anymore.
This leads to pageloads disappearing in the UI.
