By using the new business transactions and definition stuff the first time, I was a little bit confused about the existing entries with "Unknown Application" and "Unknown Transaction" as they cannot be changed, reordered and are just there. The question I have is if we really need these in the lists or if we can remove them to not confuse new users about them? I see no benefit in the functionality of the configuration UI if we do display them (technically I completely understand the reasoning for this).
Furthermore, we do display "Unknown Transaction" in e.g. the Use Case column. Why not just leave it empty if there is no match? Having a transaction description everwhere for these not matching requests confuses even more in my opinion.
