Create docker image for weblogic
Description
As there is a very good image with the weblogic 10.3.6 we should use this one to create one with inspectIT as well. The image is:
Should be straight forward.

The weblogic image with inspectIT is ready. Currently the start fails due to the INSPECTIT-1791, as soon this is fixed I would push this. We need as well complete setup on docker hub as this will be a new repository on the GitHub. I can send somebody the files to check if needed?

Image available for the inspectIT version 1.7.2.
