Move to JPA with Hibernate 4 and annotation based mapping

Description

Migrated from NovaTec Jira. Original ticket: INSPECTIT-905

From the Spring version 3.2 the support for the Hibernate 3 is decreasing and we should move away from HibernateTemplate to Hibernate 4 as the JPA provider. The DAOs should use the EntityManager interface, as a standard in JEE applications. In addition, we need to move away from the XML mappings and change them with Annotation.

Fuck this solves the problem just partly, the size still grows but not so much as before.. Interesting is that this only happens when I register the inspectITTest agent.. I am totally confused kind of.. Have to investigate more..

Not sure how much of priority to us is at the moment this ticket.. If the goal is to go more closer to the time series DBs..

The work is done, everything for the pull request is done, we just wait for Hibernate 5.0.0.Final release.. Should be soon..

Requesting integration even without Hibernate final version.. We can use time to check properly..
