Collaboration over invocation sequences

Migrated from NovaTec Jira. Original ticket: INSPECTIT-847

Goal: Allow to add comments and/or markers to elements within an invocation sequence.

Usecase: During the analysis a few problems are found. Apart from adding them as labels to a storage (nice!) one could add comments to the exact elements in the invocation sequence. In addition one can also perhaps also add markers.

The synchronization should exists over all users, so that they can see each others comments/markers. Saving invocation to storage should also include the comments.

We all agreed that this is interesting and we should go for it. Could be a part of an collaboration perspective.

Additional usecase: Based on the comments and "incidents" that the analysts we could create a report that we can give to management or f.e. we can use it to document firefights
