Slow queries when reading a large data set from the CMR database

Description

Migrated from NovaTec Jira. Original ticket: INSPECTIT-1121

The SprIT team has a big problems with loading data that comes from the database with queries lasting more than 10 seconds . It relates to all data types (HTTP, Timers, System data). The database size is not too big (cca 1.3GB)

The provided me with the DB, so I will test with same database on my machine to make sure that problem is not system related.

If problem is our DB I propose including this ticket to the 1.6.2 and think of some kind of database data aggregation system.

Moving to 1.6.3 since we want to release 1.6.2 as soon as possible. In addition, ticket is not yet discussed by team.

So apart from database issues (see other tickets) we also need to think about our table structure and of aggregation services.

Does not matter if it s CPU or memory consumption or other platform sensor related data.. Each of these sensors send data every 5 seconds, so I would expect same amount of data for each sensor and thus same problems..

Now with influxDB this is changed and does not present such problem. Low priority now.
